We have arranged to use the pool at Boyaln High School. Most, in the area, know the building as the old Knights Club. This is a large pool with shower area and classroom space. We are excited to have the use of such a great facility.

Into to Kayak Rolling

This is a perfect class for those wanting to learn the basics of rolling a kayak in the safety of a pool environment. This is a progressive class that teaches the skill you need in a building block fashion. Each skill builds on the previous.  This is an excellant way to learn to roll. There is no guarantee you will accomplish a roll but you will have all the tools you need to do so.  The class includes the kayak, paddle, and pfd.  If you have your own equipment you are welcome to bring it.  If you use your own please arrive early to wash your kayak prior to putting it in the pool.  You should dress for getting wet in cooler water as the pool temp is around 75.  We suggest you bring nose plugs. 

 There is no prerequisit for the class. We think it is easier to learn to roll early in your paddling life.  This class fills fast and class size is limited to 5. so, register early. Contact the store to reserve a spot.
