Just wanted to say Thank You to Jim and everybody else at Paddle and Trail. My wife and I picked up our new Kayaks and have been out a couple times now paddling and it has been a great experience!
The people at Paddle and Trail helped us pick out all our gear and took the time to answer all our questions and get us pointed in the right direction to start out.
That kind of service is rare in a world full of super stores and mega-chains.
